The Hotel Bentley has many spaces available to accommodate your next event. Each event is tailored to your needs. The Hotel Bentley provides tables, chairs and complimentary linens. The Hotel Bentley can fulfill all your event needs with our list of approved vendors, decorators and planners.
THE GRAND BALLROOM
Central Louisiana's only Ballroom complete with an ornate plaster ceiling original to 1908. The Grand Ballroom is close to 5,000 square feet with a dedicated stage for your entertainment, a private entrance from the front porch and 8 glass chandeliers. The Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 500 guests presentation style or 300 guests seated for service.
THE CLAIBORNE ROOM
Located on mezzanine level of the Hotel Bentley, The Claiborne Room is part of the Commanders Trio which may be used together or individually. The floor to ceiling windows of the Claiborne Room overlook the Red River & Jackson St Bridge. The Claiborne Room is the second largest at 2,500 square feet. The Livingston and Beauregard Rooms can boost your entertaining of conference space to 4,000 square feet.
THE BAYOU ROBERT ROOM
Located on mezzanine level of the Hotel Bentley, The Bayou Robert Room overlooks Desoto & 3rd Streets. A quaint room perfect for business board meetings or lectures. The Bayou Robert Room is 1,200 square feet that may be used in conjunction with mezzanine common areas. The Bayou Robert room is perfect for groups of 60 or less.
THE ALEXANDER ROOM
Located on mezzanine level of the Hotel Bentley, The Alexander Room overlooks 3rd Streets. A perfect room for dinner presentations or small social events. The Alexander Room is 500 square feet and is located directly across from guest elevators making it easy to locate. The Alexander Room is perfect for groups of 25 or less.
THE BAYOU CHICOT ROOM
Located on lowest level of the Hotel Bentley adjacent to The Mirror Room Tapas Lounge. The Bayou Chicot Room has a private street entrance. The Bayou Chicot Room is 2,400 square feet and is perfect for gatherings of 100 or less.
THE FORUM ROOM
Located on the lobby level of the Hotel Bentley with formal entrances to the left and right of the grand stairwell. The Forum Room is 800 square feet and the perfect space for intimate dinner parties or event registration area for 40 guests or less.
